FAQ’s

+ Do you require a service minimum?
No, we do not! We recognize that wedding parties come in all sizes. Big and Small. 

+What makeup do you use?
We use airbrush makeup on all of our makeup services. It is silicone based and holds up well to sweat and tears! We also use all luxury items in our kit. Lashes come complementary with every makeup service. 

+Do you charge travel fees?
We only charge travel fees if we are traveling more than fifteen miles from downtown Nashville. If where we are providing your services requires payment for parking, the bride is responsible for reimbursing the artist/s.  

+Do you provide a timeline for the wedding day?
Yes, we will send you a detailed timeline two weeks prior to your day. 

+When do you recommend a trial?
We recommend scheduling a trial 4-6 weeks out from the wedding day. The bride is responsible for completing their in-depth Pretty Agency pre-trial workbook that will be sent after booking.

+Is a deposit required to book?
Yes, we require a non-refundable $50 retainer to book your date. This is applied towards your final balance. 

+When is the full payment due?
Full payment is due on your day of service. We accept Cash, Cash App, Venmo, and we also offer invoicing through HoneyBook. We allow each person to pay individually for their services if that is what works best for your group. 

+Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is not included in any of our prices, but encouraged if you are happy with your services!
